The Touch Panel Controller (TPC) IP Core provides an interface to an external Touch Panel device. The Controller is suitable for 5-wire and 4-wire resistive touch panels and additionally it supports pressure, battery, and temperature measurement (if these measurements are supported by ADC). The core is optimized for Nios® II processor and its functionality has been verified on hardware. It is provided as an Altera Quartus II Mega function (SOPC Builder ready component) and can be integrated easily into any SOPC Builder generated system using Nios II Avalon bus.
