The SLS E-Gasket Snap On board works as DE1/2 interface or SantaCruz converter and is designed to use Altera standard SantaCruz Snap On boards with DE1/DE2 board. This board is most useful for the users having DE1/2 board.

DE2 and DE1 come with two 40 pin expansion headers for increasing I/Os and board expansion capabilities, on which the E-Gasket board snaps on providing SantaCruz interface.
