The candidate will be working on design and development of complex PCBs starting from the circuit design to producing manufacturing outputs for the Printed Circuit Boards. The candidate will also be involved in the initial prototype testing and trouble shooting for the verification of the design.
The candidate will be working on design and development of complex ASICs, FPGAs and Systems. The responsibilities will include working in the various stages in Design, Development and Maintenance of IP Design, Verification, System Integration, Board bring up, test development and project scheduling.
Successful candidate will be responsible for the design and implementation of projects with n-tier application architecture. Candidate should have experience of software development lifecycle, including the analysis, design, test, implementation, and maintenance of software systems.
Candidates must be willing to work at odd hours, suitable to client's time-zones whenever required.
Candidates must have a interest to work in device driver environment for Windows, Linux or any OS/RTOS for USB device and system device driver development.
Successful candidate will be responsible to work closely with Marketing, Software, Hardware, and production to develop Software/Hardware Installation Guide, User Guide, Hardware Reference Manual, Online Tutorial and other sales/marketing documents.
Design, update and maintenance of documents to keep the latest version of level documentation.
Design Presentation for company's product / Marketing material.
· Thorough knowledge of industry Quality Assurance requirements and associated Quality Control procedures and techniques, including SPC applications
· Ability to produce clear and comprehensive written procedures and reports
· Proficiency in the use of MS Office, Visio, MS Project, spreadsheet applications, databases, and Internet along with the ability to learn other application software packages
· Ability to communicate technical information in an organized, understandable fashion. Excellent interpersonal, telephone, and written communication skills with a confident presence.

· Ensure that the product is being manufactured to meet engineering, customer, and manufacturing specifications and expectations
· Coordinate new program launches
· Coordinate with the production, toolroom, and quality assurance departments on engineering requirements and changes
· Develop, coordinate, and implement continuous improvement projects
· Perform feasibility studies by maintaining and following engineering practices and systems.
· Review product designs and concepts for manufacturability
· Focus on exceeding our customer expectations
· Develop new equipment and tool designs as required
· Perform time studies on relevant processes and equipment
· Develop operating and start-up instructions for manufacturing equipment and processes
· Research and coordinate costs associated with new programs
· Perform other duties as required
